Do I need to change how I create documents?
Nope. Keep using Google Drive exactly as you do now. BibliotecArmond reads from Drive β€” it doesn't change anything there.

Is my data safe?
Yes. The system uses encrypted connections, secure authentication, and only authorized team members can access the dashboard. Documents never leave Office Libations infrastructure.

What happens if a document is deleted from Drive?
The system will detect it on the next sync and update the dashboard accordingly. Nothing breaks.

Who can see this?
Only people who log in with approved credentials. There is no public access.

How much does it cost?
This is an internal tool built in-house. The only ongoing costs are the cloud hosting and database services, which are minimal.
